A bottle of Usana Mega Antioxidant’s contains 112 compressed tablets that are fairly sized and easy to swallow. The recommend daily intake is 4 tablets a day, 2 in the morning and 2 at night. I found this to be a little overkill, and decided to cut these recommended dosages in half by taking 1 in the morning and 1 at night, this was perfect for me. Even at the very beginning of taking the Usana Mega Antioxidant MultiVitamins i noticed an increase in energy and feeling of alertness, and healthiness, almost as though you can feel your body absorbing these extremely important nutrients. I started taking the Usana Mega Antioxidant’s right before a long trip to Europe, just to make sure I wouldn’t get sick and to have my immune system in top shape. I did not get sick on my trip and felt healthy the entire time.

I now continue to take my Usana Mega Antioxidant’s along with my family and some friends, I recommend them whenever i get the chance.
